Currently, all orders must be made via e-mail or phone.
Shipping
All items are shipped via USPS and will take 3-5 days for shipment once your order is complete and payment is received. International orders of up to two items shipped to the same address will have shipping charges applied in the equivalent of $10.U.S. Increased shipping charges will be applied for both U.S. and International orders when applicable.
Return Policy
Items may be returned for any reason up to 14 days after receiving your purchase. The item(s) must be unused and in good condition. Please call or e-mail our office to receive a Return Authorization number (RA number). This number must appear on the outside of the box when shipped back to us. All products purchased from our website must be in the original packaging.
All transactions are listed under Jewel Tree, LLC on your credit card bill.
Special orders & custom pieces are not refundable
Taxes
Tax is collected from Connecticut customers only and calculated on the combined total of merchandise and shipping charges.
